PERSONAL AI AGENCY
BULAI designs personal AI assistants that read, understand, act, and report — within the limits you set.
01 — How it works
A role has tasks, knowledge, permissions, and limits. Every day it runs the same loop.
Reads messages, reviews, documents, CRM, and email.
Understands context, intent, rules, and conversation history.
Replies, updates, creates, hands off, and reminds.
Sends a summary: what is done, what waits for you, and what keeps repeating.
02 — In action
We start from the job, not the technology. Integrations come once the work is clear.
Where is the recording of the last meeting?
The recording and notes are in the pinned message. Shall I point to the topic?
HANDOFFHard questions go to a person
live example
Works in a Telegram channel and group: answers messages and comments from the knowledge base and helps run the channel. Hard questions go to a person.
Everything was fine, but the reply took too long.
Draft replyAPPROVE
Thank you for the feedback. We passed the waiting time to the team.
What the assistant noticed Reply time is a topic for the team.
live example
Replies to reviews on Google Maps, Yandex Maps, and 2GIS by your rules. Once a week it compiles a feedback digest.
03 — Control
Before launch we agree what the assistant does alone, what waits for your yes, and when it calls a person. Every action goes into the log.
04 — Roles
Not shelf products — digital jobs shaped around your work. Pick a close one and Advisor will ask the rest.
Support, sales, reputation, content, analytics, and operations.
Research, travel, organization of information, and routine.
05 — How we work
You do not need to pick a model or understand integrations. Just tell us what takes your time.
What steals time, where the work happens, who is involved.
Role, instructions, knowledge, permissions, exceptions and handoff.
Messengers, maps, email, CRM, APIs.
Tests on live scenarios, control and follow-through.
START WITH A PROBLEM
You do not need to know which AI you need. Describe the work — Advisor asks a few questions and builds a first brief.
